Shipping & Delivery Policy

BuyRBLX.com sells digital items and in-game currency only — we don't ship any physical products, so there's no tracking number or delivery address involved.

How Delivery Works

After you check out, we deliver your order by hand. To receive it:

• Submit your Roblox username along with your order (through checkout or the Log-in/Claim Order form)
• We'll reach out to you in-game to complete the trade or handoff directly

We don't use an automated delivery bot — a real person completes every handoff.

Delivery Time

Most orders are completed within 5–15 minutes of us receiving your correct username, but this isn't a guarantee. Delays can happen due to:

• Trade limits or cooldowns on Roblox's side
• Account restrictions or privacy settings
• Us being asleep — replies to any delivery issue land within 12–48 hours

Your Responsibility

Please double check your Roblox username before submitting an order — if it's wrong or you don't respond to our follow-up, delivery may be delayed or not possible.
