These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of BuyRBLX.com (the "Site") and everything connected to it — browsing, ordering, and any support you get from us. Using the Site means you're agreeing to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
BuyRBLX.com is a marketplace for Roblox-related digital items and in-game currency ("Digital Items"). Listings are offered by BuyRBLX directly.
For support, reach out through the contact channels listed on the Site. Keep in mind that Digital Items depend on Roblox's own rules and systems, which can change at any time and are outside our control.
You need to be legally able to enter into an agreement to use the Site. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian needs to supervise your use of the Site, including any purchases — they're responsible for that use. By placing an order, you're confirming you're authorized to use the payment method involved.
BuyRBLX acts as the seller and platform for the Listings shown on the Site. We don't control Roblox or any game developer's systems — their rules, bans, cooldowns, or trading restrictions can affect delivery, and that's outside our hands. We're responsible for making sure our Listings are accurate and deliverable as described.
You're responsible for giving us correct delivery info — most importantly, your correct Roblox username — and following any delivery instructions we give. If Roblox-side restrictions (cooldowns, bans, trade limits) block delivery, that's outside our control, and we'll work with you where we reasonably can.
Prices shown on the Site are confirmed at checkout and may change at any time before you complete a purchase — our prices track the wider market for these items, so they may move up or down over time. Payments are processed by third-party providers (like PayPal), and by purchasing, you agree to their terms as well.
We deliver orders by hand — typically within 5–15 minutes, though this is an estimate, not a guarantee. We may keep basic records (order details, timestamps, communication) to help resolve any delivery disputes. If you give us the wrong Roblox username or don't respond to delivery instructions, we may not be able to complete delivery, and that scenario may not be eligible for a refund.
Since these are digital goods, sales are generally final once an item is delivered. If an item wasn't delivered, or was materially different from what was listed, contact support and we'll work to make it right — either by completing delivery or issuing a refund. Issues caused by Roblox's own enforcement or account restrictions generally aren't refundable, since that's outside our control. If you dispute a charge with your bank/payment provider without contacting us first, we may need to share order records with them to resolve it, and repeated chargeback abuse may result in your account being restricted from future orders.
We may delay, cancel, or decline any order if something looks off from a fraud or risk standpoint, and may ask for extra confirmation (like verifying your payment details) before completing an order.
Keep communications with us honest and respectful — harassment or abuse toward our support isn't tolerated and may result in your account being restricted.
If you break these Terms — through fraud, chargeback abuse, or other account/payment misuse — we use a 3-strike system. Warnings are issued at our discretion after review, and expire automatically after 90 days of clean behavior:
If you believe we took this action against you wrongfully, email support and explain your side. While we review it, your balance stays in place and won't be removed.
Everything on the Site — branding, layout, written content — belongs to BuyRBLX (excluding third-party trademarks like Roblox's). Please don't copy or reuse it commercially without asking us first.
The Site and Digital Items are provided as-is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we can't guarantee Roblox's own rules won't change in ways that affect your items.
To the extent allowed by law, BuyRBLX isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages connected to a purchase, and our total liability for any single order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these Terms from time to time — the "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before pursuing any formal action, we'd appreciate you reaching out to support first so we can try to sort things out directly.
BuyRBLX.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation or any game developers whose games are referenced on this Site (including Blade Ball and Pet Simulator 99).
