This Refund Policy explains when BuyRBLX.com may issue a refund. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. Since we sell digital items and currency, the rules below reflect the nature of that kind of product.
Once an order is delivered to your account, it's final and can't be refunded — digital items can't be "returned" the way a physical product can.
If you don't respond or complete the steps needed for us to deliver your order (like confirming your Roblox username), we'll treat it as unclaimed after 14 days from purchase. At that point, it converts automatically to store credit for the same amount, usable on a future BuyRBLX order. If you'd rather have it refunded to your original payment method instead, email support with your order details and we'll sort it out.
Contact support with your order details, your Roblox username, and a clear description of the issue. Please reach out within 48 hours of the delivery time or purchase (whichever is later) — requests after that are harder for us to verify.

If something's wrong, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks on delivered orders may result in account restriction, and we may share order records with the payment provider to contest it.
We may update this policy occasionally — the "Last Updated" date reflects the current version.
