These are the ground rules for using BuyRBLX.com — for both buyers and support conversations. Breaking them can lead to account restrictions, as described below.

1. Be Respectful

No harassment, threats, or abusive language toward support or anyone helping run the store
No spamming support with repeated messages about the same issue — one clear message gets you a reply faster than five angry ones
Frustration happens, and that's okay — just keep it civil. We're a small team doing our best to help.

2. Be Honest

No fraud, fake payment claims, or chargeback abuse
No impersonating another buyer or misrepresenting an order
Give us accurate info (especially your Roblox username) so we can actually deliver your order

3. No Exploiting the System

No abusing the free spin draw or cashback system (e.g. fake accounts to enter multiple times)
No attempting to manipulate or exploit checkout, pricing, or delivery in bad faith

4. What Happens If You Break the Rules

We use a 3-strike system. Warnings are issued at our discretion after reviewing a report, and expire automatically after 90 days of clean behavior — they're not permanent marks.

1st Warning: A reminder. Your account and balance are unaffected — this is just a heads-up that something needs to change.

2nd Warning: You lose access to the $50 spin feature until this strike expires or is cleared.

3rd Warning: Your account is frozen for 1 month — no withdrawals, deposits, or new orders during that time. This is not permanent; full access is automatically restored once the month is up.

If you think an action was taken against you wrongfully, email support and explain your side — your balance stays in place while we review it. This is the same policy laid out in our Terms of Service.
